Price the actual job.
Area bands, hourly rules, per-area rates and room counts support different services. Paid add-ons appear where the service offers them.
Digital Booking & Growth Infrastructure
A service business with different pricing rules, customer needs and booking routes. ACS connected the customer experience to the business logic and operational handoff behind it.

A move-out clean, recurring home cleaning and a commercial enquiry cannot all follow the same form.
The project needed to preserve service-specific questions and rate tables while connecting discovery, quotes, booking and office communication.
The challenge was consistency: the service a customer chooses, the price they review and the information the office receives must stay aligned.
Service pages and search structure guide the entry point.
Relevant questions, pricing rules and available add-ons.
Date, details and a price summary before submission.
A booking record, notification routing and calendar integration.
Calendar implementation supports date-led requests for office scheduling. It does not promise a reserved time slot or live availability; current production synchronisation was not re-tested in this audit.
ACS connected the interface to the rules behind the booking, rather than treating the form as an isolated page.

Area bands, hourly rules, per-area rates and room counts support different services. Paid add-ons appear where the service offers them.
Quote-to-booking links preserve relevant answers across nine service mappings, with signed links and tamper checks documented in QA.
Server-side price calculation connects the submitted details to the booking record and notification content.
Customer-facing journeys connect to office-facing information. Integration code includes failure recording so communication problems can be investigated.
Structured submissions feed customer confirmations and office notifications. Email and SMS routing follows the service and submission context.
The current integration writes booking information to the office calendar for the requested date. The office retains responsibility for scheduling the hour.
Service architecture is supported by page metadata, canonical URLs, index controls and sitemap rules. Analytics loading is gated by consent.
The assistant helps visitors navigate services, pricing and the next step. A chat enquiry remains distinct from a confirmed booking.

Pricing reads from booking rules and approved exceptions. Checks reject unsupported monetary claims.
Service guidance connects to booking or quote routes, with consent-based lead capture for office follow-up.
Interaction tracking distinguishes a booking-link click from a completed booking.
These are implementation checks from the project record. They are not revenue, conversion or growth claims.
The 9 August 2026 QA report covers validation, pricing, review, back-navigation, submission and captured email confirmations across all nine journeys.
The 10 August report records all nine service mappings exercised from quote email to prefilled booking, including tampered-link checks.
The recorded run checked all nine flows at 320, 390 and 1280 pixels, with no page-level horizontal overflow.
Booking QA recorded one customer email and one office email per submission in the local mail capture. A later project audit documents live SMS transport delivery tests on 12 August.
Evidence reviewed against the project working tree on 18 September 2026. Dated QA results describe those runs, not a new certification of the current production system. No production bookings, messages or calendar events were created during this audit.
ACS’s work spans service architecture, web experience, pricing, booking, integrations and guided assistance. The result is an implemented path from service discovery to an actionable office handoff.
Connected journeys, service-specific business logic, communication routing, calendar integration code and documented booking QA.
No validated before-and-after revenue, conversion, traffic or booking-growth data was available for this case study. Those outcomes are not claimed.
Bring us the gap between an enquiry, a booking and the work that follows. We’ll identify the system that needs to connect them.
